Family: Agapanthaceae (Agapanthus family). Agapanthus was formerly included in the Lily family. The Agapanthaceae family has only one genus, Agapanthus.
Native of South Africa.
Occurrence: All southern States of Australia. It is a minor weed in Central Victoria but more common in damper southern areas.
