Slender Aphelia - native (Aphelia gracilis)
Uncommon. A grass-like plant of wet soil e.g. wet gully flats.
Family: Centrolepidaceae (Centrolepis family).
Identification:
- it grows to about a centimetre high
- the flower clusters are not turned to one side (compared to the similar Dwarf Alphelia, in which the flower clusters are turned to one side).
Name: gracilis: slender.
