Identification:
- the flowers are large (about 2 cm) and pink
- it is a trailing plant with twining stems
- the leaves are narrow and often have narrow teeth at the base.
Blushing Bindweed is valued as a garden plant.
Similar species: The introduced Common Bindweed
(*Convolvulus arvensis) is a more vigorous plant. It has white
flowers (sometimes pale pink) and larger, broader leaves.
