Family: Onagraceae (Evening Primrose family).

Native.

Occurrence: Rare. Along drainage lines.

Identification:

• it grows in damp places
• the flowers are are large, c 2cm wide or more
• the pods are nodding - the other willow-herbs have more or less erect fruit.
