Family: Goodeniaceae (Goodenia family).

Uncommon.
 
Identification:
- it is an erect or sprawling herb growing from a rosette of leaves
- the basal leaves are deeply divided into segments (and hence "cut-leaf") 
- the long flower stalk usually has a pair of small leaves along the stalk
- the flowers are bi-laterally symetrical. 
Cut-leaf Goodenia can be confused with Spur Velleia (Velleia paradoxa).
The basal leaves of  Spur Velleia are toothed but not deeply incised.
