  Urn Heath - native (Melichrus urceolatus)
	
Family: Ericaceae  (Erica family).
 
Native.  
Occurrence: Fairly common and widespread in heathy dry forests. 
Recognise:
- it is a low spreading shrub 
 - the leaves taper to a sharp point
 - the leaves have conspicuous veins parallel to the main vein
 - it has white stalkless flowers, grow from the leaf bases.
 
The urn-shaped flowers give this plants common name.
