Family: Asparagaceae. Formerly included in the Lily family.

Other names: Tall Fringe-lily.

Occurrence: Rare in the dry heathy forests and Box Ironbark forests. It prefers higher rainfall areas e.g. east of Taradale township and Mt Alexander.

Recognise by

The flowers are much larger than those of Twining Fringe-lily.
