Family: Campanulaceae (Bluebell family).
Occurrence: Granite outcrops e.g. Mt Alexander.
It makes a good rockery garden plant. The sap is caustic and best avoided.
Name: axillaris: from the axils (the join of the leaf-stalk and the stem).
