White Purslane - native (Neopaxia australasica)

Family: Portulacaceae (Portulacca Family).

Occurrence. Uncommon. Wet areas. It may be submerged.

As "australasica" suggests, White Purslane is native to Australia and New Zealand.

Identification: It is very variable species; it may form dense colonies only a few centimetres high; the form photographed is a taller form.
