Cypress Daisy-bush - native (Olearia teretifolia)
Family: Asteraceae (Daisy family).
Native.
Occurrence: Rare locally. Localised in Muckleford forest. It is abundant north of Bendigo.
Identification:
- it is an erect shrub
- the erect leaves are narrow, giving the impresssion of a cypress bush
- the white daisy flowers are small but usually numerous.
Photo: Kaweka Wildflower Reserve, where planted. In Kaweka it is self-seeding and increasing in abundance.
