Graceful Leek Orchid (Prasophyllum sp. affin. pyriforme)

Family: Orchidaceae (Orchid family).

The Prasophyllum group of orchids contains numerous undescribed species i.e. those not yet formally described and named. In Wild Orchids of Victoria Australia by Backhouse and Jeanes, 2006, 37 undescribed leek orchids are photographed. The term "sp.ffin" is shorthand for a "species with affinities to". There may be more than one species of Scented Leek Orchids in the district.

It is recorded locally in the Wattle Flat Forest.
